Exhibitors assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities at all events during the 2023 Rocky Mountain Summit and Expo and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless CAR, its agents, contractors and employees from any and all such losses and damage claims.
